🥣 Iron-Rich Smoothie Bowl

🌿 Ingredients (1 bowl)

Base:

  • 1 cup spinach (fresh)

  • ½ cup frozen kale (optional but powerful)

  • 1 frozen banana

  • ½ cup frozen mango or pineapple (vitamin C boost 🍍)

Iron Boosters:

  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or flax seeds

  • 2 tbsp rolled oats

  • 1 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter

  • 1–2 soft dates (natural sweetness + iron)

Liquid:

  • ¾ cup orange juice or coconut water
    (OJ = more vitamin C → better iron absorption)

🌀 How to Make

  1. Add liquid first to blender.

  2. Toss in spinach/kale. Blend once.

  3. Add frozen fruits + oats + seeds + nut butter + dates.

  4. Blend thick (use less liquid for bowl texture).
