🥣 Iron-Rich Smoothie Bowl
🌿 Ingredients (1 bowl)
Base:
1 cup spinach (fresh)
½ cup frozen kale (optional but powerful)
1 frozen banana
½ cup frozen mango or pineapple (vitamin C boost 🍍)
Iron Boosters:
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp chia seeds or flax seeds
2 tbsp rolled oats
1 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter
1–2 soft dates (natural sweetness + iron)
Liquid:
¾ cup orange juice or coconut water
(OJ = more vitamin C → better iron absorption)
🌀 How to Make
Add liquid first to blender.
Toss in spinach/kale. Blend once.
Add frozen fruits + oats + seeds + nut butter + dates.
Blend thick (use less liquid for bowl texture).
